Post-Publication Discussion

Readers who wish to comment on or discuss articles published in Al-Muhith: Jurnal Ilmu Qur'an dan Hadits may contact the Editorial Team via the journal’s official email at redaksialmuhith@gmail.com. Comments must be relevant to the article under discussion, provide a clear and substantive academic contribution, be supported by scholarly evidence and reasoning, and be expressed in a professional and respectful manner. Comments must not contain personal attacks, inappropriate language, or defamatory statements.

To encourage constructive academic dialogue, the authors of the article concerned may be invited to provide a response that is objective, evidence-based, and relevant to the comments received. Where appropriate, the journal may publish the reader’s comments alongside the author’s response as part of the scholarly record.

If post-publication discussions reveal potential errors, omissions, or ethical concerns that may affect the integrity of an article, the Editorial Team will evaluate the matter in accordance with the publication ethics policies of Al-Muhith: Jurnal Ilmu Qur'an dan Hadits. Depending on the findings of the evaluation and the severity of the issue, the journal may publish a Correction, an Expression of Concern, or a Retraction. Post-publication discussion serves as a means of promoting academic dialogue and the advancement of knowledge in Qur’anic and Hadith Studies. It does not replace the journal’s formal procedures for addressing suspected research misconduct.
